Complete BVN if needed, open Top up, then Bank transfer, copy your virtual account, and transfer from your bank. The wallet credits automatically. You can also receive via Bill Tag or USD/EUR accounts. See Wallet.

What balances do I have?

Airtime to Cash
What are the conversion rates?
Example rates (can change): MTN 17% fee (you receive 83%, rebuy 10%); Glo 15%/85%/10%; Airtel 14%/86%/8%; T2mobile 15%/85%/10%. Always check the app. Full table on Airtime to Cash.
What is Rebuy Cheaper?
After converting (or from wallet funds), you can buy airtime again at a discount shown in the app.
Is fraudulent airtime covered?
No. Only send legitimate airtime. Fraudulent airtime is not covered.

What bills can I pay?
Cable TV, electricity, solar, sports betting, education, insurance, and eSIM where listed in the app. See Pay bills.
Can I auto-renew bills?
Yes. Schedule recurring bill payments under Auto-renewals in the app.
Withdrawals
Can I withdraw internationally?
Yes - ACH and SWIFT from eligible USD/EUR/GBP wallets. Local NGN withdrawals go to Nigerian banks. See Withdraw.
Can I withdraw Airtime to Cash or referral balances?
Where allowed in the app, yes - to bank or main wallet. Limits depend on your identity verification.

What are the KYC tiers?

Does BillSpot use face liveness or selfie KYC?
No. BillSpot does not use face liveness, selfie, or video for KYC.

How much do I earn?
1% of their first successful deposit, max ₦5,000.
When is the bonus paid?
After they sign up with your code and complete their first deposit successfully.
Do I earn on every top-up?
The standard program pays on the first successful deposit (as shown in the app).

What is the minimum spray amount?

Gift Drop
How long do gift links last?
Gift links expire after 48 hours. Unclaimed or expired gifts can be refunded. See BGiftDrop.
Cards
Do I need Tier 3 for a Naira card?
Naira cards require BVN plus partner checks required by regulation - not BillSpot proof-of-address Tier 3. See Cards.
Can I add my BillSpot card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet?
Yes, where the app supports it. Add your BillSpot card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to keep card details handy on your phone. Availability depends on card type, device, and what the app shows.
