Virtual and physical cards that spend from your BillSpot wallet. Naira for everyday use, USD after international cardholder setup. You can add eligible cards to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet to keep your card details handy on your phone.
Card types
- Naira card - spends from Naira wallet; physical Naira card cannot be topped up separately (spends wallet)
- USD card - after USD card setup in the app
- Business cards - after business verification; personal verification first
Apple Wallet and Google Wallet
Where the app supports it, add your BillSpot card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet so your card details stay handy on your phone.
- Open the card in BillSpot and choose add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Follow the on-screen steps for your device
- Availability depends on card type, device, and partner support shown in the app
Rules
- Up to 3 personal cards
- Freeze / unfreeze with PIN
- Naira cards: require BVN plus partner checks required by regulation
- USD cards: after you finish USD card setup in the app
- Business cards: business verification after personal verification
Typical use: online payments, subscriptions, travel spend (USD), and everyday Naira spend from your wallet.
